What exactly is the Game Show schedule?
Upon arrival, you can start by enjoying a drink while teams are assigned on-site. The 2.5-hour Game Show then begins, where you’ll compete against each other across 5 themed rooms. During the 10 exciting games, you’ll collect points that increase with each round. The suspense lasts until the end, as the winning team is only announced during the award ceremony.
In which languages is the Game Show available?
Our Game Show is available in both German and English. On request, the event can also be conducted in sign language – please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
Can I use more than one voucher code when booking?
No, only one voucher code can be used per booking. However, value vouchers can be combined with discount promotions. Using multiple discount codes simultaneously is not possible.
What payment methods are available?
We offer flexible and straightforward payment options. You can pay via invoice, credit card, instant transfer, Klarna, or PayPal. Please note that on-site payment is not available. All payments are processed securely online in advance.
We don’t know the exact number of participants yet – can we still book?
Yes, spontaneous adjustments to the number of participants are possible within the booked group size. For every group of 15 participants, one Game Master is assigned, ensuring flexibility as long as the number of participants remains within this range. For larger changes requiring additional staff, please notify us in advance.
To maintain maximum flexibility, we recommend booking the lowest expected number of participants within the 15-person steps (e.g., 15, 30, or 45). Additional participants can easily be added later. If the number of participants decreases, our general terms and conditions apply.
Is on-site payment possible?
No, payment is only processed via invoice afterward. On-site payment is not available.
Are there parking options?
Yes, 15 designated parking spaces are available directly in front of our location, providing easy access for you and your guests.
How does payment work for businesses?
Businesses can handle payments flexibly and conveniently. After the event, we are happy to issue a detailed invoice for use in your usual payment process. Alternatively, we also accept credit card payments, including American Express, as well as instant transfers for quick and easy transactions.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, well-behaved dogs on a leash are welcome. However, please be aware that the Game Show can be loud, which might be stressful for some dogs.
