Whether you’re a small team of four or a large group of up to 200, our customized games provide the perfect experience for any configuration. Guided by our professional Game Masters, you’ll enjoy humor, expertise, and an authentic TV-show atmosphere. How your teambuilding runs
A game show is like a TV quiz show, except you are the contestants. After the welcome we split you into two or three teams on site, drawn by lot together with your game master, so departments mix by themselves. Then it starts: ten games picked from a pool of over 100, spread across five themed worlds, each with its own set and its own theme. From quiz questions on the buzzer through action-packed challenges to tactical and fiddly skill tasks, there is something for every type of player – and nobody needs to be athletic. Your game masters host everything live, explain every game and keep the pace up, with humour and a genuine TV-show feeling – in German or fully in English. Point by point the tension builds, and the live ranking stays open until the very last game. After 2.5 hours it is time for the award ceremony: the winning team is crowned in front of everyone, and you leave with something to talk about for weeks. We play indoors and whatever the weather, from four people and up to 200.
THE FOUNDERS
Max and Phil — the heart and the brains behind Your Showdown — are connected by more than a long-standing friendship. Much more. Both are convinced that playing games together is a real superpower. Why? So their circle of friends wouldn’t drift apart after graduation, they started organizing private gaming events with mini-games.
And it worked. The concept became so popular it turned into an annual tradition. But in the founders' minds, the idea kept growing. “What works so well in our friend group could be just as exciting for companies, sports clubs, or kids’ birthday parties. Really, it’s for everyone,” explains Phil Dieckmann.
In December 2022, everything suddenly moved quickly: the idea was refined, enhanced, and turned into a solid business plan. And just six months later, Your Showdown opened its doors in Berlin. Since then, people have been experiencing what Max and Phil always believed: It’s incredible how much playing together brings people closer.
And it worked. The concept became so popular it turned into an annual tradition. You choose the place, and we bring the action! Our mobile Game Show event offers a customized program with over 100 games across knowledge, strategy, action, and skill. Whether you’re a small team or planning an event for several hundred people – we play from 25 up to 1,000 guests, Germany-wide. And the best part? Our professional Game Masters handle everything. Is there parking on site?
Paid parking is available directly on the street.
Can the number of participants be changed at short notice?
Last-minute changes are possible as long as the group size remains in increments of 18. Please tell us in good time about larger changes; our terms apply if the number is lower.
Do we sweat at the games?
Don't worry - the focus is on action and fun without breaking a sweat.
How does the process work?
Schedule 2.5 hours and arrive 5–10 minutes before start. You immerse yourself in 5 themed worlds and play up to 10 different games including an award ceremony.
What payment options are there?
You can choose from invoice, credit card, instant transfer and PayPal. Payments on site are not possible; Bookings are processed online.
In which languages does the game show take place?
We offer the Game Show in German and English. If you would like sign language, please contact us in advance.
Can you purchase drinks individually and pay for them on site?
Drinks can be purchased on site. Billing will take place subsequently.
What are the prices?
€39 per person plus base fee. Monday to Saturday: €50 base fee, 2.5 hours with up to 180 people. Sundays: €34 per person, no base fee, 2 hours with up to 180 people.
Are we among ourselves during the showdown?
Yes, your group will be divided into teams and you will only play within that group. When changing rooms in the hallway, you may encounter other groups.
How is team building different from a team event?
Both are based on our Game Show. In team building, the focus is more on collaboration, communication and the targeted strengthening of team spirit - ideal for bringing a team together sustainably.
Is it suitable for new teams or for onboarding?
Very good actually. New colleagues get to know each other quickly in a relaxed atmosphere - perfect for newly formed teams or onboarding days.
