Right in the middle of our Game Show, you’ll compete against each other in randomly assigned teams. Together, you’ll put your knowledge, skill, and team spirit to the test in a selection of over 100 varied games. From quiz questions and action-packed challenges to tricky tasks, every game brings fresh excitement and fun to your corporate party.
Our modern Dortmund venue, spanning over 1,300 m², provides the ideal setting for your event. The urban atmosphere and our themed rooms create a unique environment where you can laugh, compete, and celebrate. During the show, you’ll not only strengthen teamwork but also create unforgettable experiences that will keep everyone talking long after the event.

THE FOUNDERS
Max and Phil — the heart and the brains behind Your Showdown — are connected by more than a long-standing friendship. Much more. Both are convinced that playing games together is a real superpower. Why? So their circle of friends wouldn’t drift apart after graduation, they started organizing private gaming events with mini-games.
And it worked. The concept became so popular it turned into an annual tradition. But in the founders' minds, the idea kept growing. “What works so well in our friend group could be just as exciting for companies, sports clubs, or kids’ birthday parties. Really, it’s for everyone,” explains Phil Dieckmann.
In December 2022, everything suddenly moved quickly: the idea was refined, enhanced, and turned into a solid business plan. And just six months later, Your Showdown opened its doors in Dortmund. Since then, people have been experiencing what Max and Phil always believed: It’s incredible how much playing together brings people closer.
And it worked. The concept became so popular it turned into an annual tradition. Do you have a great venue and want to host your very own Game Show there? No problem! With our Showdown Van, we bring the full event experience straight to you. You choose the location, we deliver the action! Our mobile Game Show event features a customized program with over 100 games covering knowledge, tactics, sport, and skill. Whether you’re joining as a small team or planning an event for several hundred or up to a thousand people, the Showdown Van has the right format for every occasion. Best of all, our professional Game Masters take care of everything. They create the right atmosphere, lead the games, and guide you through the entire event, so you can focus entirely on having fun. What are the prices?
€39 per person plus base fee. Monday to Saturday: €50 base fee, 2.5 hours Game Show with up to people. Sundays: €34 per person, no base fee, 2 hour Game Show with up to people.
How long should we allow?
For the pure Game Show event you should plan 2.5 hours. Arrive 5–10 minutes before start time. The Game Show also includes an awards ceremony.
Are the games also suitable for people who are not physically fit?
Our location is wheelchair accessible and the games are designed so that everyone can participate, regardless of disability or illness. Please let us know in advance.
What payment methods are there?
We accept invoice, credit card, instant transfer and PayPal. Direct payment on site is not possible.
In which languages do you offer the game show?
Our Game Show is available in German and English.
Can I purchase drinks individually from you and pay for them on site?
Yes, drinks can be purchased on site. Payment is made afterwards via PayPal, invoice or credit card.
Can the number of people be changed at short notice?
Last-minute changes are possible as long as the group size remains in increments of 18. Please tell us in good time about larger changes; our terms apply if the number is lower.
Do we sweat at the games?
No, the focus is on action and fun without breaking a sweat.
In Your Showdown, are we among ourselves in our group or are we mixed up with other people?
Your group always stays among itself and is not mixed with other teams.
Will we receive a proper company invoice?
Yes. You will receive a proper invoice with VAT shown on your company name. You can pay conveniently by invoice – even after the event.
Is there a minimum number of participants?
A team event can be booked from 4 people. Up to people are possible at our venue; We accommodate larger groups with the Showdown Van.
Can colleagues without knowledge of German also take part?
Yes. If desired, we will conduct the entire Game Show in English - ideal for international teams.
How do we get to you – is there parking?
Our location in Dortmund is easily accessible by public transport.
How far in advance should we book?
Depending on the season, we are fully booked to varying degrees. For desired dates – especially in autumn/winter – we recommend booking a few weeks in advance. Just ask about your availability.
