The voucher will be sent to you as a PDF via email immediately after purchase.

The vouchers can be redeemed for all rates that can be booked online, e.g., Showdown for 8 people + unlimited drinks.

Can the vouchers also be redeemed for events, catering, or exclusive areas?

No. The vouchers can only be redeemed for fares that can be booked online.

How long are the vouchers valid?

The vouchers are valid for 3 years.

Can I redeem multiple vouchers in one order?

Yes. For example, you can redeem one €500 voucher and one €100 voucher.

I don't need to use the entire value of the voucher for my order. What happens to the remaining balance?

A new voucher with the remaining balance will be sent to you by email after the purchase is complete.
