Flexible furnishings allow for individual setups – from row seating to group tables or workshop zones. Separate areas are available for networking and breaks, while the clear, stylish design fosters an inspiring environment.

How accessible is the location?
Our venue is easy to reach: just a 10-minute walk from Tempelhof subway station and directly off the Tempelhofer Damm exit on the city highway. Bus lines 140 and 164 stop at “U Tempelhof/Ringbahnstraße,” while lines 246 and M46 stop at “Felixstraße.” This ensures a smooth and stress-free journey for all your guests.
Can the catering be fully vegan or vegetarian?
Absolutely! We offer the option to tailor the catering entirely to vegan or vegetarian preferences. Fresh ingredients and diverse menus guarantee a delightful experience for all guests – whether they prefer plant-based or traditional options.
Are there any overnight accommodations available?
While our conference rooms do not include accommodations, we collaborate with nearby hotels. We’d be happy to assist you in organizing suitable accommodations for your guests.
I don’t know the exact number of attendees yet. Is that an issue?
Not at all! You can provide an estimated number of participants initially, allowing us to plan accordingly. The final number can be confirmed closer to the event. This keeps your plans flexible while ensuring we’re fully prepared.
Can we decorate the venue and rearrange the furniture?
Of course! You’re welcome to personalize the space with your own decorations or rearrange the furniture to suit your needs. With prior consultation, we’ll help ensure your vision is realized seamlessly.
Are there parking spaces available on-site?
Yes, there are parking spaces available along the street in front of our location. Please note, however, that these spaces are subject to parking fees.
Is there a time restriction for our event?
There are no strict time limits. As long as everything runs smoothly and stays within reasonable bounds, you’re free to organize your event at your own pace. For specific requirements, we’re happy to advise and find a solution.
What equipment and technology are included?
Our conference rooms come equipped with fiber-optic high-speed internet, self-service sound systems, and dimmable ambient lighting. Additionally, you’ll have access to flexible seating options, comfortable lounge areas, and standing tables. On request, you can also rent additional equipment such as presentation kits, projectors, screens, and more to complement your event setup perfectly.
