Boring! Your Showdown offers a corporate event in Munich that is anything but ordinary. Experience teamwork, excitement, and entertainment at its best. Teams are drawn by lot on site, so departments mix by themselves. Together, you’ll test your knowledge, skills, and team spirit across a selection of over 100 dynamic games. From trivia and action-packed challenges to tricky puzzles – each game adds fresh excitement and fun to your corporate event. We play from four people and up to 170 guests. Our modern Munich venue spans over 1,100 m² at Frankfurter Ring 81, six minutes from Frankfurter Ring underground station (U2, U8). The urban ambiance and our five themed worlds create a unique atmosphere where you can laugh, compete, and celebrate. During the show, you’ll not only strengthen collaboration within your team but also create unforgettable memories that will keep the conversation alive long after the event.
How your company party runs
A game show is like a TV quiz show, except you are the contestants. After the welcome we split you into two or three teams on site, drawn by lot together with your game master, so departments mix by themselves. Then it starts: ten games picked from a pool of over 100, spread across five themed worlds, each with its own set and its own theme. From quiz questions on the buzzer through action-packed challenges to tactical and fiddly skill tasks, there is something for every type of player – and nobody needs to be athletic. Your game masters host everything live, explain every game and keep the pace up, with humour and a genuine TV-show feeling – in German or fully in English. Point by point the tension builds, and the live ranking stays open until the very last game. After 2.5 hours it is time for the award ceremony: the winning team is crowned in front of everyone, and you leave with something to talk about for weeks. We play indoors and whatever the weather, from four people and up to 170.
THE FOUNDERS
Max and Phil — the heart and the brains behind Your Showdown — are connected by more than a long-standing friendship. Much more. Both are convinced that playing games together is a real superpower. Why? So their circle of friends wouldn’t drift apart after graduation, they started organizing private gaming events with mini-games.
And it worked. The concept became so popular it turned into an annual tradition. But in the founders' minds, the idea kept growing. “What works so well in our friend group could be just as exciting for companies, sports clubs, or kids’ birthday parties. Really, it’s for everyone,” explains Phil Dieckmann.
In December 2022, everything suddenly moved quickly: the idea was refined, enhanced, and turned into a solid business plan. And just six months later, Your Showdown opened its doors in Munich. Since then, people have been experiencing what Max and Phil always believed: It’s incredible how much playing together brings people closer.
And it worked. The concept became so popular it turned into an annual tradition. With our Showdown Van we deliver the full event experience straight to your location – you pick the place, we bring the action. Our mobile Game Show runs on a programme we agree with you beforehand: over 100 games across knowledge, strategy, action and skill are on the table. Small team or several hundred guests – we play from 25 up to 1,000 people, Germany-wide. And the best part? Our professional Game Masters handle everything. How exactly is the process?
For the pure Game Show event you should plan a total of 2.5 hours. Arrive 5–10 minutes before start time. You will then be divided into teams and immerse yourself in the Game Show for 2.5 hours with up to 10 games from 5 themed worlds including an award ceremony.
What payment methods are there?
You can pay flexibly by invoice, credit card, instant transfer and PayPal. Payments on site are not possible.
What are the prices?
€39 per person plus base fee. Monday to Saturday: €50 base fee, 2.5 hours Game Show with up to 170 people. Sundays: €34 per person, no base fee, 2 hour Game Show with up to 170 people.
I don’t know exactly how many guests are coming. Do I need to know the exact number when booking?
Book for the maximum number first. If the number drops, you can change it free of charge up to 7 days before your Showdown.
Do we sweat at the games?
No, our games are designed to focus on action and fun without making you sweat.
In which languages do you offer the game show?
Our Game Show is available in German and English. If desired, we can also offer the event in sign language - please contact us in advance.
For what group sizes is a company party possible?
From small teams to 170 people at our venue; Events for up to 1000 people are even possible with the Showdown Van.
Is this also suitable for anniversaries or summer parties?
Yes. Whether it's the end of the year, a company anniversary or a summer party - our Game Show is suitable for all occasions.
